A little about us....

Katy

Occupation: EMEA corporate comms associate at an integrated advertising agency.

Likes: Hard to find bars, the Southbank, pencil skirts and Zooey Deschanel

Dislikes: Flairers who can’t mix, rude waiters / models, potatoes

Favourite style of food: European

Favourite Cocktail: Gimlet or Martinez

Favourite pud: a well-constructed cheesecake

My last meal on earth would be: Mum’s lasagne with pine nut and spinach salad, Riding House Cafe’s Hot Fudge Sundae and a shot of Tequila

My signature dish: Beef in beer stew for mains with Rum soaked bread & butter pudding for afters


Kelly

Occupation: Communications Manager at a creative advertising agency.

Likes: Grubby music venues, Vivienne Westwood, Parmesan Cheese and Quaglino’s (even if that does mean I’m stuck in the 70’s!)

Dislikes: Restaurants that think vegetarians only want to eat pasta with red sauce and peppers. Boring.

Favourite style of food: Thai, Vietnamese and Italian.

Favourite cocktail: Passion Fruit Martini or anything with Jack Daniels or Limoncello involved.

Favourite Pud: Definitely lemon over chocolate. Jamie Oliver’s lemon curd tart is pretty incredible.

My last meal on earth would be: Thai green curry with broccoli, a side of yorkshire pudding with a rocket and parmesan salad. Oh and lemon roulade.

My signature dish: Fish with garlic and caper butter served with parmesan potatoes with espresso mousse for afters.
